V True. It's sad how many people lose the opportunity of gaining experience in groups just because they don't know/have no experience. Mainly because PEOPLE don't want to help them learn and gain experience.

when looking for staff in servers you should ALSO look for new/untrained people so they can be TAUGHT how to do their job!

Do not own nor staff in a regiment if you can't be PROFESSINAL and deal with issues within a server. I have an experience of being ignored for 2-3 days of an important matter / question i had within the staff team. I ended up leaving the server due to that, never again.
